I’ve taken the adventurous route a few times in my life. Highlights include founding two businesses, traveling alone to out-of-the-way spots, and attempting (also failing) to homestead in the wilds of Colorado.
I have an MA in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University, a BA from Dartmouth College, and an inability to do the same thing in the same place for very long. Today I live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband, our two children, and a very barky terrier.
